Long Pool
We visited Wellington dam today , then went here , this is an amazing spot on the river , so calm and beautiful. Will be back for a swim .

Long Pool
Another swim today (good friday) and more freezing cold ('invigorating') water.Steps down into the deep water, but off to the side is much more shallow water where younger children could safely play with the present adult. Friendly ducks hang around hoping for a feed. Some large rocks off to the left for an easy target to paddle out to.
